It's important that you take special care of it to ensure that it lasts the test of time.

Look after each of your Cartel & Willow garments according to their individual needs, as listed on the care label,
And they'll continue to look as amazing as you will when wearing them.

  

HOW TO WASH

Whites deserve some extra love. Wash these separately to brights and darks to ensure there is no colour transfer.

Rayon is delicate, hand wash your rayon pieces separately to maintain their beauty. 

Do not tumble dry any of your pieces.
All of our garments have undergone vigorous testing to reduce the risk of shrinkage, however the dryer can be dangerous place for your favourites!
Instead, lay them flat to dry right away - avoid your wet washing sitting in a pile for too long.

 

Please refer to the care instructions on the tag of your garment for specific washing instructions.

SHIPPING COSTS 

All prices are in AUD$ Australian Dollars. 

  

Shipping is FREE for all Australian orders over $100.00 excluding the value of store credits

Australia orders under $100.00 will incur a FLAT RATE shipping fee of $8.00
All Australian orders are sent with Australia Post

International orders, outside of Australia, will be shipped with Fedex at a flat rate of $15.00
Customers are responsible to pay for any additional import and duty fees that may arise in their country of delivery. These fees may vary depending on parcel size and delivery address.
Your local Fedex courier will contact you directly in regards to payment.

 

 

 

We deliver worldwide!

Once your order is placed, it's estimated that you should receive it within 7 business days. 

Please allow 2 additional days for locations outside metropolitan areas.

All items will be sent by Australia Post standard Post unless you select Express Postage at checkout, additional fee applied. 

All parcels require a signature upon delivery - if no one is available to accept your parcel it will be taken to your local Post Office for collection.  

Any delivery date or time specified by Cartel & Willow is a best estimate only, and we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

If you need your package urgently, we recommend opting for the express post service. Please email us at hello@cartelandwillow.com and we will do our best to prioritise dispatching your order. 

*There may be reasons outside of our control that we cannot deliver Internationally.
In the event that we are unable to deliver to your country, we will contact you directly. 

   

Return policy

 

Please email hello@cartelandwillow.com to request your returns form.  

You will need to provide your full name, order number, item/s and reason for return.
You will then need to enclose your returns form, original invoice and goods. Posting it back to us at,

Full-priced goods must be returned in original condition. Unworn, unmarked and with all original tags attached. Once your return has been processed you will be issued with an online credit or size exchange as nominated.

A refund will only be provided if your goods are deemed to be faulty. Items must be returned within 14 days of shipment, after this time all sales are final.

Return shipping must be prepaid and traceable. In the event that the package is not received or lost in transit, Cartel & Willow will not be liable if there is no tracking confirmation.

Items returned outside of the 14 days will not be accepted, and you will be liable for return shipping from Cartel & Willow. We reserve the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned fails to meet our refund policy requirements. 

The initial shipping fee is non refundable.

 

PLEASE NOTE: All sales on reduced price items are final, we will not accept returns on sale price items.
