HOW TO WASH

Whites deserve some extra love. Wash these separately to brights and darks to ensure there is no colour transfer.

Rayon is delicate, hand wash your rayon pieces separately to maintain their beauty.

Shipping Policy

 Australia

Standard shipping is FREE for all Australian domestic orders over $100.00 AUD.

Express postage is available at an additional fee.

Domestic orders under $100 AUD will incur a FLAT RATE shipping fee of $8.00 AUD.

SHIPPING FEES:

Parcel post: $8.00 AUD

Express post: $10.00 AUD

Please allow 2 business days for your order to be dispatched. This includes the dispatch of express post parcels. Your order is our top priority and will be on its way as soon as possible.

Once your order has been dispatched, please allow 2-4 business days transit time for metropolitan areas and 4-6 business days for transit time to rural areas. For further information on Australia Post delivery times and delays simply click here.

All parcels require a signature upon delivery - if no one is available to accept your parcel, it will be taken to your local Post Office for collection.  

Any delivery date or time specified by Cartel & Willow is a best-estimate only; We will not be liable for any loss or damage through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

During new releases & sale periods, please expect longer than usual processing times while we manage an increased order volume.

International

Orders outside Australia will be shipped with Fedex at a flat rate of $15 AUD.

Cartel & Willow is not liable for any additional import and duty fees that may arise in the customers delivery country. These fees may vary depending on parcel size and delivery address.

Your local Fedex courier will contact you directly in regards to payment.

There may be reasons outside of our control that we cannot deliver Internationally. In the event that we are unable to deliver to your country, we will contact you directly.

Returns & Exchange Policy

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@cartelandwillow.com with your full name, order number, and reason for return or exchange.

Once approved, you will be sent a returns form. Please enclose and return this along with your original packing slip & goods to:

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Outside of this time, all sales are deemed final.

Full-priced goods must be returned in original condition, unworn, unmarked, in the original packaging with tags attached.

Once your return has been processed you will be issued with an online credit for your purchase. A refund will only be provided if your goods are deemed to be faulty. (This request must be approved via email prior to returning your goods).

Return postage is at the customers expense.

Cartel & Willow will not be liable for any return packages that are not received or lost in transit. Due to this, we recommend using a trackable post service.

Items returned outside of the 14 days will not be accepted and you will be liable for the return shipping from Cartel & Willow.

We reserve the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned fails to meet our refund policy requirements.

PLEASE NOTE: All sales on reduced items or gift cards are final, we will not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Return shipping must be prepaid and traceable. In the event that the package is not received or lost in transit, Cartel & Willow will not be liable if there is no tracking confirmation.

The initial shipping fee is non refundable.
